When I tap on the app store all of the apps are gone. It has each section listed on the bottom and when I tap on "charts" for instance there is a blank screen. When I do a search it will list the names as I type and when I click on a typing it list nothing. I tried restarting my phone and closing the app store from the multi-task menu and still the same thing. This just started today. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I am having a similar issue... I get a blank screen when I try to view the "Featured" or "Charts" tabs in the app store. Everything else works fine for me though, including search. This started today and I am using a 16gb iPhone 5 on AT&T.
same issue...white blank screen on "featured" and "charts". I've restarted, closed multi-task menu, and reset network settings but nothing. I have an iphone 4s on At&t. Thanks for any help in advance!

I am having similiar issues. My screen goes to a white blank screen after I choose an app in the search tab. I just updated to IOS6......wonder if that has anything to do with it....I have an iphone 4s ......Any help resolving this issue would be great....Thanks in advance....

I had the same problem - blank app screen iphone 5. I got it back by clicking on the passbook icon then clicking on the app store on the bottom of the next screen. Then pressed featured at the bottom and things seemed back to normal. This is my first apple product.

Excatly same problem I faced on my iphone 5! White blank screen on "featured" and when i tried the 'catergories, it doesnt work as well. tried off & on, doesn't got it back... but i doesn't have this problem on my ipad2.. it is faustrating!! anyone manage to get a solution? or we just gotta wait till apple do something about it????
