I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! When I try to sync my IPad2 to Itunes it keeps telling me I need to upgrade my IPad's ITunes 10.6.3, but it wont let you upgrade if you dont have OS 10.6.1 or later. I have OS 10.5.8
