After the official unlock ATT, and recovery in itunes, I can not activate my iphone 4.

Hello, can someone help me? I have an iphone 4 locked ATT. I made an official unlock. I.M.E.I. check says that the iPhone unlocked. I like the instructions, restored it through itunes. But was not able to activate it. here is what itunes: "Your request couldn't be processed. We're sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later." But I have 2 weeks I can not activate it! As it turned out, I unlocked the iPhone, which has never been activated to itunes. Who knows what can I do?😕
