Attachments I receive via Mail application are stored in my home/Library/Mail Attachments folder. But I can't view that folder in Finder. How do I make it visible in Finder?

in Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu and your users Library will appear...

The Powers That Be have decided that we shouldn't have ready access to the User's Library. It is a terrible mistake, IMHO. Limnos & Ana have given you great workaround advice.
