error 8003 when downloading from iTunes

I'm trying to get all the iTunes files I've purchased over the years onto my new Macbook Pro. I have about 250 items, I selected download all, and it started. After it downloaded about 25 items, it stopped downloading anything else, and now won't download anything. Keeps saying error, cannot download (8003).

Any solutions??
