i reset my c drive on my computer and wiped itunes clean , my phone still shows all my music but it wont load back onto itunes....any ideas pls?

Use the backup from your computer to put everything back.
You did not seriously restore the computer without having a backup of your important media first, did you? That would be extremely dumb.
