iPhone 5 won't print to printer used with iPhone 4

Hi,


Just tried printing from my iPhone 5, but it can't find my printer. I never had any problems printing from my iPhone 4 with iOS 5. Did they discontinue support for some printers? I've checked to make sure the printer is on the wireless network. Everything seems the same, but iPhone just gives the message that no printers are found.


I'm guessing that my printer is no longer supported, but that *****. It's not that old. (HP 4500)

i have looked on the airprint printers list officially by apple:

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356

its not on the current list but doesn't mean it's not airprint enabled if it isn't that old

try also posting in the HP forum

the other idea i have is to try a third party app

i can personally recommend print n share as i use it myself

there seem to be quite a few hiccups with the new iOS6 which is inevitable
