Parallels is spawning a process every few seconds

How can I fix Parallels? It looked like I might have got attacked. I had some weird notices on my screen and also I had a url in my browser that looked like google but it wasn't. So I looked in the console to check entries.

I noticed their is this weird process spawning from Parallels.

Here is the message in the console and it doesn't stop. THANKS
