I need to clam my iPhone

How can i do clam my iphone becozz my iphone has problem with wifi hardware. But I'm living in Thailand now and I bought iphone from Australia.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6

You would have to take the iphone to Australia, then get it to an Apple Store
