hi, i just bought my ipad and im trying to download some apps. i keep getting a message that says i need to be valid in the uk stores and to please do this but i dont know how.any suggestions?
You need to set up an iTunes account, assuming you don't already have one. If you've ever purchased movies or music through iTunes, just use that same account, if you haven't you'll need to create one. Like so:
hey thanks for responding. i clicked on that link you suggested and followed it until i realized i am signed into itunes and when i try to purchase something it tells me the same thing. i was able to download free apps just this morning without a problem. a suggestion for a software update came up about the icloud and ever since then things have changed. i deactivated the account, could that have something to do with that?
and now that i think about it, my youtube that i had on my screen (the one thats automatically there for you) has disappeared....
YouTube is no longer native to iOS, you should download the YouTube app or a similar one like Jasmine to view it properly.
Have you tried to download more free apps without success or is it only the paid apps you can't download? You might have to enter a valid payment method to get it to work.
