Sep 29, 2012 12:37 PM in response to annad2406by annad2406,hey thanks for responding. i clicked on that link you suggested and followed it until i realized i am signed into itunes and when i try to purchase something it tells me the same thing. i was able to download free apps just this morning without a problem. a suggestion for a software update came up about the icloud and ever since then things have changed. i deactivated the account, could that have something to do with that?

Have you tried to download more free apps without success or is it only the paid apps you can't download? You might have to enter a valid payment method to get it to work.
