Siri is too often NOT available

Hello,

I'm using Siri in Italian language (new on iOS 6) on iPhone 4S and sometimes works and some other time doesn't work. It often tells me that it's not available at the moment...

It's an horrible sitituation! The most of times Siri doesn't work 😟
