Picture of USB cable and iTunes logo on screen

When I updated Apple TV today I am getting pictures of iTunes logo and USB cable and Apple TV unit flashing

Apple TV, Windows Vista, Home Sharing

Something has gone wrong with the update.

To fix you need a USB to microUSB cable to hook up the unit to iTunes on a computer to restore it to functionality.

Instructions differ with respect to power to the unit so make sure you read the relevant bits.

Hopefully you'll have such a cable - I feel Apple should have included one but there you go.

Thanks Alley Cat- for 19.95 @ radio shack i got the cable and it worked. Problem now is my iPad2 that used to stream live vimeo videos for my music lessons wont work with either one of my 2 apple TV's. It will play movie files that are 6 minutes or less in length, but not streaming videos. Also the snapshot of the movie files under the Videos app on iPad2 doesnt show the picture anymore like it used to . Do you have any knowledge how to remedy this issue?
