The space occupied by other increasingly is bigger now in 2.30 GB on my iphone.... why does that happen and why is there ?

Usually when it get that large it means that it contains corrupted files. Restoring from backup usually reduces the other category.

ok thanks... and how do i avoid in the future such as corrupted files or identify
step 1. Install Disk Inventory X first.
step 2. in Terminal window, run the command as below:
sudo '/Applications/Disk Inventory X.app/Contents/MacOS/Disk Inventory X'
you can find who occupied the space, good luck!
