I have a bad plug-in. Where are my plug-ins located?

Just downloaded Quicken 2007 and I had to install a new plug-in. Since then, none of my games work and it says "plug-in failure". What now?

iMac (27-inch Late 2009), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
