When I downloaded the new OSX I had to reinstall iTunes. Now my entire music library is missing from iTunes. But it is in iCloud. So rather than importing from all of the files I am hoping I can just do a Select All and download them (42GB) all together vs. clicking the download button 10,000 + times. Thanks in advance.

There's a download all button on the purchases page with the music.
If you use iTunes Match, turn it back on in the Store menu at the top of you screen.
Music isn't actually stored in iCloud. iTunes in the cloud is a different thing.

Follow instructions here to download ALL of your music at once.
I'm sure the original poster, who posted this well over 2 years ago, already had their question answered, and wasn't using an iOS device, appreciates this.
