App Store not showing search results on iPhone 5

My wife and I received our iPhone 5's just 3-days ago and we love them so far. The problem is as follows:

On my iPhone, when I search the App Store, I get results and am able to view them.

On her iPhone, when I search the App Store, I get suggestions, but nothing loads. I just see a spinner in my top bar.

Please note the following:

• Both of us have identical iPhones (iPhone 5 with iOS6)
• We share the same iTunes account
• We are using the same WiFi network
• We are with the same phone company
• She can search using Safari and install apps once they have been found
• All other sections of the App Store work find
• I have automatically install new apps set to ON on both bevices
• Switching off WiFi does not help (searching on 3G or LTE)
• Signing out of iTunes on one phone and searching does not help
• Restarting the phone does not help (same with a DHR - a double hard reset)
• Quitting App Store and loading it again does not help (closing from switcher)

I'm thinking I might have to do a fresh iOS install on the phone. Any suggestions?
