Verizon has no record of my iPhone 5 order even though I received it
Has anyone else had this problem? I went through all the steps to transfer my number from AT&T to Verizon during the pre-order but now that I have the phone I cannot activate it because Verizon says they have no evidence of the order and my order number means nothing. They even did a credit check the very day I ordered the phone but claim they have no record of an order. After spending an hour and 15 minutes being bounced from service rep to service rep with most of that time being on hold, my last step is going to a Verizon store tomorrow and if they can't help, I think I'll just return the phone to an Apple store and use my AT&T upgrade and stay with them. One rep even suggested waiting until Oct 5th to check again, since at one point that was my expected deliver date. I'm completely bewildered by the whole situation.
