how often does apple restock with iphone 5's?

No idea, but based on what the Orlando store told me, they had stock on first come first serve but only for genious bar replacements and it sounded like they may run out soon of that. They had absolutely NO STOCK for NEW purchases, only for replacement repairs.

I think it is going to be some time in October, probably mid-october for Apple. Verizon told me they wouldn't have stock until the end of October 😮

As per Offical Apple store close to me told me they are getting iPhones everyday. If you go to apple.com/retail/ apple store name near you. apple will take you to their website. On that particular website you can place order between 10:00pm-4:00am. that way you can pick up phone next day.

or just goto http://www.apple.com/retail/iphone/ you can order next day pick up from store near you.

I believe the next day pickup is after it arrives to the store.

I admit, I do not have inside information other than being told they only have replacement handsets in the stores near me.

When I goto that link it takes me to this page. you should call your near Apple store and ask their website link on main apple.com . it should something look like apple.com/retail/storename then you can go there and order next day pick up

I clicked the "BUY NOW" and it took me to their retail online site.

When I called the store, they wouldn't tell me how many phones they have and neither could Apple Care.

But it you believe that link will tell you then awesome! I learned something tonight.
