Q: The latest terms will not load on any of my devices when I open iCloud in settings. I have the same Apple I.D. For apple tv and devices. How do I accept new terms?

I am in the same boat.  Didn't anybody elbow test this.  It's not the first time they have had to get terms approved.  This should be bullet proof by now.  Very sloppy!

I have the same problem while my apple TV3 upgrade to 6.0

while attempting in logon the iCloud photo (used to be called Photostream) ,it just loop on the term of approval every time I push the "Yes " button.... just could not accept !!

Figured it out.  Turn off the age restrictions.  Under 18 and you cannot approve the terms.  Nice if they told you.

I'm having the same problem not streaming photos/icloud photos coz it won't let me accept the terms, no matter how many times I do press the yes button... I'll try turning off age restrictions...

I Have the same problem. I activated and then de-activated the age restrictions but it hasn't wot at all!

same here....age restrictions does not help. after upgrading to 7.0.2. stack on term and conditions for the icloud photo stream . apple i think you did it again!!!! bug bug bug.....

I've tried with an new US based itunes account after resetting my apple tv and I was able to accept the terms. I've reseted again and tried with my itunes account and I got the same problem again: no matter how many times I try, I can't accept the terms and conditions.

I had the 'stuck at license agreement' problem with my appletv and i managed to solve it by going to settings-region format and setting my country instead of the default United States (the country of my itunes store and icloud i guess). After that i managed to accept the agreement right away. Hope this helps

same problem in Germany.

The default region here is US. Changing it to "germany" will fix it.

I think we need a seance to bring Steve jobs back and get this company back on track.  What the heck happened to the quality control with Apple?
