cannot turn on itunes match

I recently purchased itunes match so that I can use my itunes library through icloud. It works on my computers, but on my iphone it says I have not subscribed and therefor I cannot turn this feature on. I have only one Apple ID and password.

Any suggestions of how to fix this?
