I can't subscribe to iTunes Match through iTunes..

I have tried to subscribe to iTunes MAtch and when I click on the link in iTunes, it does nothing. I have tried to go through the apple website, which then directs me to iTunes (iMatch page), then when I cllick oln the link it doesn't actually do anything. Can anyone help?

I am a user in Australia and my iTunes version is 10.7.0.21 and am using iTunes on PC.
