Q: After setting up an "Exchange" account my device, IPad/iPhone, it requires a new passcode to be set before data will be downloaded ... After setting up an "Exchange" account my device, IPad/iPhone, it requires a new passcode to be set before data will be downloaded. I did this on the iPad and now I have to enter that passcode everytime I turn it on. How can I avoid this on my iPhone? more

It is purely for security purposes.
If you do not want the passcode, you must remove the Exchange account. There is no way around it.
