After setting up an "Exchange" account my device, IPad/iPhone, it requires a new passcode to be set before data will be downloaded. I did this on the iPad and now I have to enter that passcode everytime I turn it on. How can I avoid this on my iPhone?

I did this on the iPad and now have to enter that passcode everytime I turn it on. How do I avoid needing to enter a passcode on my iPhone everytime I turn it on?
