Q: iPad causes iTunes to complain "unable to load data class info" - and can't sync!

My iPhone and iPad cause iTunes to give the error "Unable to load data class information from Sync Services" whenever it is running and can see them. Tried all this site has to offer including advanced page. This means my recently upgraded iPad has no apps or data on it!  Can anyone help me!?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6, Win7 64-bit
