Q: Installing and reinstalling new itunes software because it has lost or destroyed all the  drivers for my computer's DVD/CD drive as well as those for my iphone, ipod touch and ipod shuffle.  No way to get info in or out of itunes now....

How to get iTunes to find/restore or recognize the drivers for ipod touch, ipod shuffle, iphone and computer's DVD/CD drive.   All seem to have been lost or destroyed by the newest update of itunes for Windows Vista 64 bit.

 

An alternative program to itunes might be a good solution if I could retrieve all my music files as well.
