Q: Netflix is not available

same problem here, i could still use it yesterday

I had the same problem. Try changing TV resolution.   For instance, goto Settings > General > Audio & Video > T V Resolution > 720p HD - 60 Hz.  This is just a workaround.  When using 1080p HD - 60 Hz, I could not get Netflix to work with 3rd gen, software 5.1 update.
