How do I watch an Apple TV movie on my iPad 2?

The Apple TV video on their web site stated I can watch Apple TV movies on my iPad using iCould. How do I do this?

I have an iPad 2 and just bought the Apple TV. I recently purchsed a Movie on the Apple TV and want to also watch it on my iPad 2. It does not show up in my Movies folder or anywhere else. What gives?
