wifi on iPhone 4s with iOS 6
I downloaded iOS 6 on my 4s, and now I can't turn on the wifi. What do I do?

Your best option is probably to get in contact with apple... I had this same problem, I set up a scheduled call and they fixed it for me within minutes... I'm not sure what they did, but it involved iTunes and a lot of different button pressing. Hope you get your problem sorted :)
