Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

In other words, if you import a RAW +JPG file onto the iPad, and make an adjustment to it, there is NO WAY to export the RAW file to your Mac. Is this correct? If so, then why bother to import the RAW file at all. You can never get the full data. ???

How can you get the RAW file imported into iPhoto on the iPad onto your Mac? If exporting will not include the RAW file (even without any adjustments made to the embedded JPG, then importing it in the first place is useless. It also severely limits the usefulness of the iPad as an intermediary device for serious photographers who use RAW when appropriate on their cameras, for Landscapes as an example. I'm beginning to wonder if anybody at Apple actually thinks about the use of their magnificent products in the real world. Since there really is no documentation manual for iPhoto on the iPad, I'm hoping I'm wrong and someone has an answer here. And while we're at it, can anyone tell me how you can add or delete pictures to an album in iPhoto for the iPhone 4. My iPad and iPhone are both running IOS 6. MacBook Air is running Snow Leopard, though that should be irrelevant.

Thanks in advance, Gary Hirschberg
