what are the safari key commands for show/hide menu items?

I clicked away the menubar, bookmarks bar and address bar for more room on my tiny dell netbook. But nothing i try seems to get them back. Right-clicking the top bar doesn't work. etc. And the apple support docs are useless. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
