How do I stop spotlight searching in other user accounts?
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion
System Preferences->Spotlight->Privacy tab->click on plus sign, drill to Users, and add the ones you don't want included.
Thank you for the fast replay, but your answer doesn't help me. Guest user accounts were able to search into my emails. I don't want them to have this chance. Now it seems to be working after wasting two hours until I found the way to remove reading permissions to everyone in the "Users/username/Library" hidden folder. I hope this change doesn't alter other functions.
