That's a SpectorSoft file. It can be found here:


/usr/local/sps/ia

Some users have said here that removing just that 'ia' file, or re-naming it, then restarting the mac, solved their problems - although you'd hope that spectorsoft had fixed the bug by now eh

Open Finder, use Finder -Go - Go to Folder then paste in this

/usr/local/sps/

to see the folder

Click on the two-toned blue faced icon in your Dock. This is called the Finder.

That will open the Finder menu in the menu bar above. Look for the tab called "Go."

Click on that--


User uploaded file


and then copy this from here:


/usr/local/sps/


Paste it in the pane that will appear over the Finder pane.

Then, delete the sps folder you'll find there.
