Sep 30, 2012 9:17 PM in response to Cgullettby black562,Guys, I'm certain this is not on our end, but Apple's. I don't think anything we do to our own itunes will help. Apple probably just needs to reset a server.
Things happen, and when you have servers the size of Apple's, I'm sure they happen frequently.

Also interesting is that when I tried to update iTunes to 10.7 it wouldn't update either, even using Apple Software Update (I'm on a Windows).

Sep 30, 2012 9:31 PM in response to Cgullettby Ferretbite,Based on the number of people having this issue, I think it's safe to assume there is some sort of down time going on with the iTunes servers or something along those lines. Best thing we can do is wait it out a few hours, which is not a lot of help, granted, but at this point, not much else to do.
