When you get to the screen that says you've accepted and to try your purchase again, do NOT click Done. Instead, press the home button, then force quit the App Store app (double click home, hold finger on icon, then click red/white symbol). When you go back in to the App Store, it will no longer prompt.

Sep 30, 2012 9:54 PM in response to Cgullettby lsv0528,I installed a free app where it asked for my apple ID password, accepted terms and that worked. It is no longer asking me to agree to the terms anymore and can install updates

Sep 30, 2012 10:26 PM in response to Ferretbiteby chris323,I said. How do you think they push the new terms? It's obviously a server side bug. Things don't break unless they are changed. someone pulled the trigger...and I'm guessing they won't have a job come tomorrow.
