itunes terms change problem

Whenever I go to the app store to update my apps, or try to use the app store in itunes, I get the "The itunes Terms and Conditions have changed" window coming up. I click on it, agree to the turms, it tells me that it is accepted and try the purchase again, and I get the window again and again. Like a loop. How do I remedy this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
