Sep 30, 2012 9:40 PM in response to kthames72by roam,If you deleted something by mistake it should still be in the trash, and you can use Undo (Command Z) to reverse that last action.
If undo does not work, look in the trash and reteive it.
If however the Trash has been emptied, then consider it gone, unless Time Machine made a copy of it beforehand.
note: iPhoto has its own trash can on its sidebar.

Dec 4, 2013 2:41 PM in response to JPC538by Kurt Lang,Without any type of backup to pull Safari from, you'll need to reinstall the OS, then apply the 10.6.8 Combo Update (and any other available updates).

Only if you have a backup of your iPad on another Mac, which you would create through iTunes. If you have no backup, they're gone.

Dec 4, 2013 3:26 PM in response to Kurt Langby Roger Wilmut1,There are a number of different versions available, back to Leopard; to find this and other obscure downloads in the new layout click 'Support' at apple.com then 'Downloads', then click 'Browse' and enter a search term.
