my iPhone 4 won't let me download apps

I have the exact same problem on my 4s

Try again. Reports are saying it's working now.

I am having difficulty updating apps on my iPhone 4 running iOS 6. I accepted the new terms and conditions, and hit the "Update All" button and it says Installing on all 4 of the apps that are supposedly trying to update, but none of them are making any progress. If I knew how to stop the update process, I would.

Any ideas?

Update one at a time. Click on all apps to get them to a "paused" state, then click one at a time to update. When that app finishes updating, click the next one, and so on.

Not having any luck with your suggestion, clicking any app opens the update info, currently 4 apps " installing". Don't see a way to clickall at once.

Try the App Store under "Updates". There you will hopefully find a row for each of the updating apps with a clickable box on the right.

It has a greyed out "Installing" there, clicking doesn't do anything.

I'm having the same issue, my apps are just greyed out saying "waiting." I updated the apps on iTunes and then tried to sync and it did nothing, still "waiting," can't even delete the apps. I've tried powering off, logging in and out of the app store and even a reset all setting. My only option at this point seems to be a full reset and I'm not convinced that will fix it.

Got mine fixed at the Genius Bar yesterday. They reset the network, didn't see the exact steps, restarted the phone and then hit update all, this got the ones that were newer and not stuck to download and then we were able to delete the stuck apps and afterwards update them individually.

Go to itunes main page bottom of page apple ID Sign out then Sign back in.
