I published a book on Mobile Me, and now find it is no longer on the internet. I thought migration to I-Cloud would have been automatic - obviously not!
I can find no way of changing from MM to IC

iCloud does not support web hosting. Your Mail, contacts, calendars have been transferred to iCloud, but for your web content you will have to find another host.

If you are using iWeb '08 you need to publish to a local folder and upload using an FTP application...

You do need to find suitable hosting since iCloud doesn't have this feature...
