Apple tv 1 reboot loop when I install Internet via Ethernet or wifi

So I did a factory restore on my

Apple tv 1 gen then once i set

Up wireless it reboots over ann I've

Even when I install the Ethernet cord

Is there any way to update to higher

Firmware manually please

Help
