Error 3131 when trying to view purchased items in iTunes store

hi - I am also getting this error but if I log out and back in again to my account i can download them - I only recently bought my mac ... this is a long winded way of getting the files....

i'm getting it. trying to play downloaded itunes movies. They won't play he screen just goes black. The counter is running but no movie or sound. they play just fine on my iphone
