running gps apps ipod touch

just recently bought ipod touch, would love to use an app to track my runs, distance and speed, etc. Is there an app that has the gps in it to have accurate tracking. I downloaded two different apps, and they were runtastic and imap run and both were very very inaccurate.

iPod touch, iOS 6

I don´t know if a real GPS is in the Ipod touch 4G, but if you use an app like GPS stone or Navfree you see a realtime signal in places without Wifi. I think the tip is to open the app in a wifi site to allow localization, and to previously charge the maps to be used in cache. The same with Maps. I´m using IOS6 and it was a surprise the first time I see the GPS arrow in the screen this week. I have no accesory.
