GarageBand/iTunes not supporting podcast chapters.

After the recent update, neither itunes nor my iphone 4 are showing the chapters, URLs, or images from my enhanced podcasts - even the ones downloaded before the update. Furthermore, I also create podcasts. Whenever I export an enhanced podcast from GarageBand to iTunes, none of the chapeters show up.

I've tried removing the non alphanumeric symbols from chapter titles, making sure the playhead was at zero, and nothing has worked. All of the files are in m4a format.

Any ideas?
