lost reply button in Mail

The other day, I lost all REPLY options for Mail from the bottom ribbon on my iPhone 4S running IOS6. It's just a blank grey ribbon, left to right. Any help would be appreciated.

try a reset, hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release then wait for the phone to boot back up.
