Are you trying to boot Windows via Boot Camp? Have you made any changes to your drive recently, like created a new partition?
Yes I created a new partition, then installed windows 8 it went into windows said to install followed those steps then said reset device and I did now it says no bootable device...

You can't add a partition when you have Windows installed via Boot Camp, it breaks Windows ability to boot, as you now know.
Misread your post, sorry.
Explain again, you installed Windows, booted into Windows and then: what does "said to install followed those steps then said reset device" mean
I was in windows 8 it was going then it said to install, follow those steps I followed them then it said "to start windows reboot your device" or something I did it and now it says "no bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key"
Do you have a Windows disk in the drive to install from?
I have USB stick with it on there but I don't think it's recognizing any of the hardware
