What should I do if my camera on my iphone5 is always blurry? I've never dropped it. It just makes all my pictures blurry

Did you removed the back plastic cover come with the new phone?
Yes.. I've had the phone for a week now
Remove any plastic covering the lens. Remove the case if there is one.
Clean the lens with a soft, dry cloth.
There's nothing on the phone. No plastic or case. I inspected the lens also. What is the piece in between the lens and flash?
I don't think this is a dirty lens issue. Take it back to the store. I have a fairly severe paint smudge on my sapphire lens and it still takes better pictures than that, believe it or not. The tiny slot between the lens and flash is the rear microphone, which is used to help noise cancelation during phone calls, and record sound for the HD video,
