Q: No prompt for iCloud new terms

I have this Photostream message on my Apple TV after upgrading. However, when I go to settings>iCloud on my iphone or iPad, I dont get the prompt to accept new terms.

Any ideas?

Has this issue been resolved anywhere by anyone? I just upgraded to 5.3 and received the same message and I am having the same issue. I have looked throughout and haven't found a good resolution yet. HELP! Please!

OK I finally got this fixed. I had to sign out of my account on all my devices and then sign back in on ATV first and it started working. I never did get the new Terms of Service agreement on any device.
