Can I take my Sim card from my iphone 3g and put it in the Galaxy to get my contact

On an iphone the sim card does not store contact or anything

You could get this free iphone app called TTvCard and it will allow you to produce a backup of all your contacts as a vcf file and you can email that to yourself and maybe you can get the contacts onto the other phone like that
Thank you I have to download ios4.3 and my 3g wont support this download. I guess I will have to do it by hand. Thank you very much.
The latest iOS for the 3G is 4.2.1 there might be an app that is compatible with that that allows you to do what you want
