Odd fuzzy picture when loaded into Safari

hiya easy to show you the question i have here, above is a Panorama photo i took with my iPhone iOS6, a friend wanted me to upload it to my web space for them to download it there end, here is the link www.timmytoad.org/images/IDF50.JPG

When i click on the link above on my Lap Top it loads perfectly, BUT when finally loaded it goes all fuzzy !!!! does this happen to everybody ?, why does it do it for me ?.

If and when you do view the picture properly, only a snapshot !, can you see the VERY long dog, it was obviously moving quite quickly when i panned the camera round, but i like the Panorama feature !.
