broken computer

Hello,

i have a major problem that i need to have fixed if possible.

i have bought the new iphone 5 and i need to transfer my content and music from my iphone 4.

the only problem is my harddrive in my computer is knackered and cannot be fixed.

i have loads of music that i put into itunes from my old Cd's and are all ok on my iphone 4.

is there anyway i can retrieve this music from my iphone 4 to get onto my iphone 5 without losing the lot.

e.g

my whole iphone 4 as a file that can be put into my iphone 5!!!!!!!!
